Lab Resources
The Du and Yuan Lab is equipped with essential tools and facilities to support cutting-edge research in structural biology and biochemistry. Our laboratory is fully capable of conducting protein expression and purification, providing the foundation for high-quality sample preparation.
We have access to the state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) platform at Nankai University, which includes advanced electron microscopes for single-particle analysis and high-resolution structure determination.
To support data processing and 3D reconstruction, the lab also operates a dedicated GPU workstation powered by an NVIDIA RTX A5000, enabling efficient cryo-EM data analysis and molecular modeling.
Together, these resources allow us to explore the molecular mechanisms of DNA replication with structural and biochemical precision.
